1. Delivery methods
Turbo offers you the guarantee of working with first tier shipping companies (Fedex & Correos). You will be able to track your shipping online and know the status of the shipment at any time and from anywhere.
2. Delivery times for orders
Delivery time is the average of time corresponding to the preparation-manufacturing and shipping. The delivery time of orders from our online store varies from 48 hours to a maximum of 15 business days.
The specific term of each order varies according to the stock available at the time of the order receipt. Most of our orders are prepared in 24-48 hours, but some of the items might have to be manufactured. The manufacturing period has a máximum duration of 15 business days since the order confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email.
In the event that turboswim.com can not meet the expected delivery time, the client may proceed to confirm the cancellation of the order. If the client opts for the total cancellation, the order amount will be refunded within a maximum period of three working days.
Crotton , SA reserves the right to make partial shipments, not adding any additional charge for the customer.
The transit of the shipping is established around one day (Peninsular Spain) to four days (other destinations in the world), depending on the location.
Crotton , SA can not be held responsible for the breach of these deadlines, in case of force majeure, such as total or partial strike (especially of means of transport), or other similar causes .
3. Shipping costs
The rates for each area will be calculated based on the geographical location of the recipient and the weight /volume of the products purchased. Shipping costs appear separately from the price of the item and do not include taxes, which will be calculated separately if applicable.
When all items in the cart are confirmed, the website automatically calculates the shipping costs. If you modify the items in the checkout cart or change the destination of your order, transportation costs might change.
The shipping companies commonly used in our shipments are:
Peninsular Spain: Post Office (Correos)
Spain Balearic Islands: Spain-Tir
Spain Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Post Office
Rest of the world *: Post Office (Correos) / Fedex
* Shipments to Andorra and Russia by certified mail.
Crotton , SA reserves the right to change transportation agency, without incurring an exceptional expense for the client or harming the delivery conditions of your order
4. Customs and taxes
Deliveries in the European Union.
The prices of the products that are for sale in the online store include 21% VAT (items and shipping costs).
Orders destined to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to various customs and taxes of their Autonomous Community. Payment of these, if they originated, will correspond to the customer and will be paid at the time of delivery of the order.
Deliveries in non-EU countries.
The prices of the products that are for sale in the online store do not include any kind of tax from any country.
The custom taxes and other customs expenses should be paid by the client and will be paid at the time of delivery of the order. We advise you to inform yourself of the specific conditions of each country.
5. Precautions at the time of delivery
The recipient should check the shipment upon arrival, stating at the time of delivery any observations or claim that he/she considers justified (even rejecting the package), if the customer proves that the package is likely to have been opened or shows clear signs of deterioration. These observations must be communicated to turboswim.com as soon as possible.
Returns
Any item purchased on turboswim.com has a total guarantee of satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order, within the first 7 days after receiving the goods. Once we receive back the product and confirm its good condition, we will refund the amount of the item but not the shipping costs paid in the order.
If you want to change the size, color or model of the item purchased, you should proceed in the same way.
In the case of receiving defective products or products that do not correspond to the order made by the customer, we will assume all the expenses derived from the change. After receiving the package and confirming the good condition of the product, we will ship the correct ítems.
The usage, deterioration or misuse of the products will not be accepted as a reason to change the items.

No change will be accepted without prior authorization from turboswim.com.
